Terms and Conditions
Any orders placed and paid for prior to 3.00pm Monday to Friday will usually be despatched the same day, except for Bank Holidays. The majority of our customers receive their goods within 2 working days of payment being received.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation, within 7 days of receipt.
If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. Please contact us for our return address and ensure that you enclose a note giving your reason for return with the following information included: Name, address, telephone number, invoice number, and details of replacement if required.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Overseas Orders
Please note that for overseas orders your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
